About SALTLOAF

SALTLOAF is a warm, chunky retro display serif with broad letterforms, rounded serifs and a soft, irregular rhythm. Its Heavy weight is made for bold headlines, playful packaging, posters, menus and expressive wordmarks. Version 0.202 includes 328 encoded characters: Latin uppercase and lowercase, numerals, Latin-1, Latin Extended-A and selected punctuation. Recommended for short display text at 36–120pt; not optimized for small body copy. No Hangul support. Monochrome outlines: colors and shadows in specimens are presentation effects. Free for personal and commercial use under SIL Open Font License 1.1.
