Privacy notice
Browsing and downloads
You do not need an account, name or email address to browse or download fonts. The JFFF application does not store individual download histories or visitor IP addresses in its database. It records a total number of download requests for each font.
Font activity statistics
We keep daily totals of font detail-page views, the first download click, the first type-tester interaction and font-preview loading errors during each page visit. We also group these totals by a short channel label, such as Pinterest, Google or direct. The label comes from an allowed campaign tag or a recognized referring domain on the font page. We discard the full referring URL and do not track your journey across pages or visits. These first-party statistics use no analytics cookies, visitor identifiers or browser storage. We do not store IP addresses, referring URLs, preview text or individual event histories in the analytics database. A repeat visit may count again; a click does not confirm a completed download.
Activity statistics are skipped when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and for signed-in owner previews. Blocking statistics does not affect font downloads. These preferences do not disable the existing server-side total of download requests.
Aggregate activity report
For public pages, JFFF stores coarse aggregate activity buckets in Korea Standard Time: selected action counts, allowlisted source and medium labels, referring hostname, public landing path and font slug. JFFF does not store IP addresses, cookies, fingerprinting data, visitor or session identifiers, full referrer URLs, query strings or preview text for this report. Rows older than 90 days are removed by the aggregate cleanup that runs when collection or the private report is used; this release has no background scheduler, so an entirely idle period can delay physical deletion until the next such request. They are not unique-visitor counts, and a download-button click does not confirm a completed download.
JFFF's first-party application database stores the aggregate fields described above. Our hosting and security providers may separately process connection data under their own service terms; that provider-level processing is not copied into this report by JFFF.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, visits, referrer sources, and page performance. Cloudflare reports the service uses no cookies and collects no personal data. Visits count entry visits, not distinct people; repeat visits may be counted again. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/.
Contact and commission briefs
If you use the contact or custom work form, we store your name, reply email, selections, brief and submission time in a private operator inbox. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Messages expire after 30 days and are removed when the inbox or form is next processed. A brief is an inquiry and does not create a paid order. Please avoid sending confidential information.
To limit spam, we process the connection IP address into a secret-keyed identifier that changes each hour. We store only that identifier and a request count, not the IP address. These counters expire within two hours and are removed during the next cleanup. A separate daily total expires within two days. These protections use no visitor cookies and are separate from font activity statistics.

Your preview text
Text you enter in a font preview and the associated display settings are handled in your browser. They are not saved to our server.
Admin sign-in and uploads
Font management is restricted to the operator using a private administrator access key and a secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours. Uploaded fonts, an operator identifier and modification timestamps are stored. Admin records are not displayed to visitors.
Cookies and hosting
We use no advertising code. Our hosting and authentication services may use session cookies for sign-in. The hosting provider may process connection data for service delivery and security under its own policies.
Retention and changes
Font files and admin records are retained to operate the library. Anonymous daily totals are retained to compare site activity over time. Making a font private removes it from public listings and prevents further public downloads; it does not delete stored files. We will update this notice if analytics practices or data processing change.
